The challenge
In 2020, Cabola ApS used an external supplier solution to optimize product delivery to ensure customers were always supplied. However, the solution quickly proved to be costly and time-consuming. Customers had to be personally notified if supplies were low. As many of the chemicals used are corrosive, the inefficiency in the solution was not sustainable. To ensure customers facilities could remain running, Cabola ApS needs a solution to acces to sensor data and inventory status from everywhere.
Solution
The solution was the new "Cloud connected" IIoT radar, Micropilot FWR30, from Endress+Hauser. The small IIoT radar is a smart level transmitter with advanced communication and measurement technology built into a cost-effective sensor. Together with the digital service, Netilion Inventory, the wireless and battery-powered level sensor ensures reliable remote monitoring. The secure and certified solution provides access to sensor and inventory status information anywhere, anytime.
